Yes. Just like in other blockchains, transaction fees will be applied to all operations within the SEEK network.

Current "virtual" tokens earned in AI training are a measure of contribution.
After Mainnet, they will be converted into real SEEK tokens at a fair ratio,
considering node uptime, contributions, and service testing.
